Never had the fear of speaking in public or learning a new language but I did have perfection syndrome that prevented me to even share some of my skills openly with others. This year, I decided to come out of this shadow and do something I always wanted to do but somehow holding me back. So, this is my story of overcoming hesitation in just 7 days. Outcomes are very encouraging.
You would regain your confidence, break down initial barriers, become your own motivator, and gain new friends in the process. Hope you will also do the same in the year 2020.
