About the competition
This competition has been organized by Russian Embassy, New Delhi along with Russia-India Report (a monthly publication highlighting relationship between India & Russia). I got to know about this competition while reading ‘Russia-India Report’, which used to come as a supplement to ‘The Economic Times of India’.
I was studying about Russia from past 1,5 year with daily reading from Russia Today News Channel. Time to time, I have also read The Moscow News as well as watched some documentries in Russia Today Video. With lot of interaction about Russian culture with my Russian friends, I could understand Russia better. But, there has been very little understanding about Russia among Indians. I have provided some ideas on how it can be improved.
With that confidence, I participated in this competition.
